Is praying in the spirit and praying in tongues the same thing?

It seems like the Holy Spirit would say:

When you let my love sweep through you and you use it to unite with me or go into someone else  – that’s praying in the spirit.

Whilst you are inspired and commissioned by me to do something or say something and all the time you are doing it you are aware of my ‘quickening’ – that’s praying in the spirit.

When you rest in me as in ‘resting in the spirit’ that’s also praying in the spirit.

When you ‘soak’ or meditate or do ‘contemplative prayer’ that’s praying in the spirit – but may feel as if in waves to you.

When you are one with me that’s praying in the spirit.

When you are loving someone with my love pouring through you – that’s praying in the spirit.

When you are dancing for joy in my goodness – that’s praying in the spirit.

When you are playing an instrument freely in response to my love that’s praying in the spirit.

When you are deeply impacted reading scriptures and the meaning seems to be jumping out at you that’s praying in the spirit.

When you pray or sing in tongues that’s praying in the spirit.

Prayer in the spirit is not so much about what you do for me as about what I do for you and through you and in you. Your open-ness and your desire to be directed towards me, to be alert for me, is all that’s needed from you. So much can be achieved, altered, turned around, put in place, overcome or built up when you pray in the spirit. Praying in the spirit and praying in tongues both do more, more, more than you could possibly imagine (and you always get blessed as well).
